Good news for Farnborough students

Good news for students at Farnborough College of Technology and Farnborough Sixth Form College. We are extending our route 194 from Sunday 29th August, ready for the start of the new term in September, specifically to meet the students’ transport needs.
Due to requests from students along the route, we are extending one service in the morning and two afternoon journeys to and from Farnborough via Frimley and Farnborough College.
Our General Manager, Simon Fisher, quoted in the local press: “We are delighted to be able to assist the students along the route of the 194 as we can see that there is no easy way to make this journey at the moment.
“Tickets will be available to students from the Thames Valley Buses website and app at our normal network zone prices, allowing travel on the 194 at any time of day as well to and from the college - perfect for trips out at the weekend."
“The extended service will run Monday to Friday throughout the year for the benefit of commuters as well."
“And the extension of the 194 will coincide with the introduction of upgraded buses with a smart new red colour scheme,” Simon added.
