Student Pass 2026-2027

Termly & Annual Student Passes are now available on our app.

For our smartcard service, this is now available again for the autumn term or annual payment, although we are encouraging as many people as possible to switch to mobile tickets on our Thames Valley Buses app.

Already got a card? Renewals for current pass holders for 2026-2027 will be reminded by email of payments due.

Payments - Term 2 is due in December and the final Term 3 is due during the Easter holidays.

How to get your ticket on the Thames Valley Buses app? It's an easy process!

We now have the termly and annual passes on our Thames Valley Buses app. Follow the steps to use this service:

• Download the app on the smart device https://www.thamesvalleybuses.com/app

• Register with the user's email address

• In the Mobile Tickets section, purchase the termly or annual pass with a debit/credit card 

• When boarding the bus, open the ticket and scan the QR code on the ticket machine scanner

No registration is required for this ticket, although Boost tickets will need to go through a simple verification process. Parents who want to gift the ticket to their child's phone should also register on their device, follow the steps and buy the termly/annual ticket but you are required to gift it to the child by entering the registered email address.
