Withdrawal of services 299 and 598

Wed 15th Apr onwards

We regret to advise that services 299 and 598 are being withdrawn after Easter.

The last day of operation of service 299 will be Wednesday 15th April, and the last day for service 598 will be Tuesday 14th April.

This is because these services were funded by Bracknell Forest Council, and following decisions made in respect of the Council's budget for 2026/27, the funding has been withdrawn.

Services 125 and 194 will continue to operate in the Crowthorne/Sandhurst/The Meadows area, and services 53, 150, and 157/8 may be of use to customers in some locations who have been using service 299. Bracknell Forest Council also has a Dial-a-ride service called Keep Mobile for residents who are elderly or disabled and cannot access conventional buses. Please contact Bracknell Forest Council for further details.

We have operated these routes in some form or other for many years and thank our customers who have travelled on these routes for their support.
