Christmas Buses - summary of services

With Christmas fast approaching, we know that many of you will want to know what your buses are doing over the festive period!

Many buses will be running to their Saturday timetables during this period with Sunday/public holiday times on the public holidays. These will be your normal Saturday and Sunday times.

Specific timetables are now in our journey planner and online timetable, to access these go to our Routes & Times page, select the service and change the date to the one you wish to view (remember to press “Update”).

Below are the general levels of service for each day, these may not apply to all services, but will be in operation on most routes - for example, any route that does not normally run on a Sunday/public holiday will normally not run on a day allocated as Sunday/public holiday service.

On Monday 1 January, services F53 and F54 will be running for the Reading vs Exeter City game. Check times here.

Sunday 24 December	Sunday service	Sunday service
Monday 25 December	No service	Hourly service between Heathrow and Slough only
Tuesday 26 December	Sunday service on route 5, 194 and Go2Gate Special service between 9am and 6pm on routes 108, 150, 156, 158, and 171/2, hourly on each route	Sunday service, with additional Reading to Slough fast journeys allowing for onward travel to London
Wednesday 27 December	Saturday service on most routes, but a modified weekday service on routes 121, 122, 123, 124, 125, 125A/B, 128 and 299.  Route 127 will not operate	Saturday service
Thursday 28 December	Saturday service on most routes, but a modified weekday service on routes 121, 122, 124, 124, 125, 125A/B, 128 and 598.  Route 127 will not operate	Saturday service
Friday 29 December	Saturday service on most routes, but a modified weekday service on routes 121, 122, 123, 124, 125, 125A/B, 128 and 299.  Route 127 will not operate	Saturday service
